In honor of Stress Awareness Month and Move more month, we asked the Wellness Concepts team their favorite ways to move to relieve stress. Everyone's answers were so unique and interesting, that it got us thinking, "What would our dream team group fitness class schedule look like?"
Without further ado, here's our imaginary class schedule, with each team member bringing us their favorite form of movement in a fun class. And while these classes are all fictional, you can learn more about our real fitness offerings here.
Wellness Concepts Studio Fantasy Class Schedule
| Monday | 5:30 AM Early Bird Yoga with Caitlin Roll out of bed and roll out your mat! Set your intention to have a great day, whether you get the worm or not. |
7:30 PM Sunset on the Shore with Diana Watch the sun sink below the horizon on this coastal walk and feel stress fade away. |
| Tuesday | 7:00 AM Podcast & Plod with Kayla Cue up your favorite podcasts and take a long, leisurely morning walk. |
6:00 PM Ballet Bliss with Elliott Plié your way to a relaxing day with this class featuring live piano accompaniment. |
| Wednesday | 7:00 AM Blastin' Barbells with Nicole Pump up the jams and pump some iron. Hearing protection recommended, catharsis guaranteed! |
6:00 PM Happy Trails with MK Find your flow in the forest with the flora and fauna on this trail run. |
| Thursday | 7:00 AM Vest Trek with Michele What are you "weight"ing for? Grab your weighted vest and take a stroll in the sunshine! |
6:00 PM Slow Flow with Kristen Time to slow it way down. Catch your breath and melt into tension taming poses. |
| Friday | 7:00 AM Stretch & Strengthen with Reed Get long and strong with a combination of targeted strength training and soothing stretches! |

| Saturday | 9:00 AM Mom & Me Run with Kassie Go, baby, go! Enjoy a stroller-friendly run followed by a playground cooldown. |
7:00 PM Disco Inferno with Scout Burn, baby, burn that stress right off! Go and dance yourself calm. |
| Sunday | 9:00 AM Golden Galavant with Nicole Join a gaggle of Golden Retrievers and their human companions for a totally paw-some walk! |
