    It started with a pilot program in a corporate cafeteria when Founder & CEO Amie Hoffman, then a Registered Dietitian and Foodservice Director, combined her passion for great food and nutrition to create interactive culinary-based nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating practices in the workplace.

    More than 20 years later, Wellness Concepts has evolved to offering a comprehensive, fully-accessible suite of wellness solutions.

     

    A Note from Our Founder

    I started Wellness Concepts with a simple idea: “employees should enjoy healthy lifestyles.” That was over 20 years ago. Since then, Wellness Concepts has had the opportunity to help thousands of employees on their health and wellness journeys. We are continually expanding our services to provide a comprehensive approach to well-being that meets the needs of a diverse workforce. At the end of the day, it’s about improving lives and showing results.

    Amie Hoffman

    Founder & CEO

    Amie Hoffman is a Registered Dietitian, Founder and CEO of Wellness Concepts Inc. Amie has over 20 years of experience in the corporate wellness arena with extensive expertise in strategic planning, technology innovation, science and evidence based program development and global delivery. She began her journey in wellness programming in 1999 with a pilot program in a corporate cafeteria. Then a Corporate Foodservice Director, Amie combined her passion for great food and nutrition to create a series of interactive, culinary-based nutrition education programs to support and promote healthy eating practices in the workplace. In 2000, Amie became a Registered Dietitian in order to gain the knowledge and clinical expertise required to provide dietary interventions and effective, science-based programming. Since then Amie has utilized her diverse business and culinary background to create and implement new, innovative, science and evidence-based worksite wellness programs designed to deliver measurable improvement in employee health for clients’ businesses of all sizes throughout the world.

    Giselle Ginsberg

    Director of Business Development

    Giselle combines her experience in sales and marketing with her passion for nutrition and balanced living to create comprehensive wellness programs for Wellness Concepts’ clients nationwide. Her ability to identify opportunities and create strategic partnerships has resulted in the delivery of best-in-class wellness programming.

    Giselle’s expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, results-oriented and participatory programs has enable Wellness Concepts clients to improve their bottom line while helping employees prevent disease and achieve optimal health.

    Caitlin Porter

    Director of Communications & Operations

    Caitlin joined Wellness in 2019, having transitioned from work focused on Marketing, Event Planning, and Project Management in the Natural Foods Industry. Caitlin oversees high-level company operations, logistical inter-team relations, and brand integrity.

     

    Stacie Schultheis

    Senior Health Promotions Strategist

    Stacie brings over 20 years of project management, accounting and human resource experience to her role at Wellness Concepts. As a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, Stacie plays a critical role in worksite wellness planning, logistics, and event coordination between Wellness Concepts clients, brokers and practitioners to deliver best in class programming.

     

    Mandy Enright

    Content & Programs Manager, Registered Dietitian, Yoga & Fitness Instructor

    Mandy is a registered dietitian, yoga, and fitness instructor based at the Jersey Shore.

    She is the author of 30-Minute Weight Loss Cookbook: 100+ Quick and Easy Recipes for Sustainable Weight Loss. Mandy is known as the FOOD + MOVEMENT® Dietitian for her fun and flexible approach to maximize body and mind performance through lifestyle and mindset changes that integrate rather than deviate into our busy daily lives. Mandy began her professional career as an advertising executive working at some of NYC’s top agencies before returning to school to pursue her registered dietitian credential.

    Mandy received her B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University. She returned to school to earn her M.S. in Nutrition Education from Montclair State University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Rutgers School of Health Professions.

    MK Stopa

    Marketing Manager

    MK joined the Wellness Concepts team in 2020 having previously worked in marketing roles in the academic publishing and automotive industries. As Marketing Manager, MK executes marketing strategy across several channels in addition to assisting in content production. She can also be spotted on the small screen hosting Virtual Health Fairs.
