Third spaces help build social networks and weak ties that can help prevent isolation. The more opportunities we have to casually bump into one another, the easier it is to feel part of a community. So, we asked the Wellness Concepts Team, "What is your favorite third space?" Here are their answers!   ![Caitlin's hot yoga studio](https://5147601.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/5147601/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-05-21%20at%2010.43.04%20AM.png?width=1200&length=1200&name=Screenshot%202026-05-21%20at%2010.43.04%20AM.png) "Everyone knows my third space and that is my favorite hot yoga studio that I go to twice a day now!
