Fall is always a busy time of year for Wellness Concepts. After Labor Day, it feels like you blink and the holidays are already here. But during a busy season, it's more important than ever to stop and smell the roses– or in this case, the pumpkin spice lattes! We asked the WC team: How are you taking a moment to appreciate fall?

Here are their answers with ideas for your own fall plans!

Caitlin
"I like to knit things this time of year using fall colors that are inspirational from what I see around me."

Diana
"I'm trying to get into the mood with the festivities that are happening around the community and trying to do a little of that each weekend."

Elliott
“I am celebrating Fall by getting into the Halloween spirit (my favorite holiday)! I put up my decorations, shopped for costumes (my partner and I are dressing as Frog and Toad), and will be attending a horror movie night with friends this weekend!”

Kassie
“We try and make sure that we fill our weekends with like fall things like pumpkin patches and fall festivals, so we just do a lot of family time over the weekends.”

Kayla
"I love going on a foliage drive or just getting outside for a walk."

Kristen
“I am celebrating/appreciating the fall season by getting out for beautiful hikes on weekends as often as possible to enjoy the change of colors we are so lucky to experience in the north east!”

Liane
“I wear a lot of sweaters and cardigans around the house to feel the fall vibes.”

Michele
"I started a new tradition with my daughter this year. Every weekend we're watching the Gilmore Girls, episode one through the end. So every weekend we binge a handful of episodes and it's been so fun so far!”

MK
"I love to get out for a hike, when it's maybe a little bit rainy or overcast because I feel like it really makes the colors pop.
"

Nicole B.
"We always start our fall with pumpkin pie because everybody in my house loves pumpkin pie. So we always have to bake our first pie of the season."

Nicole P.
“The key for me is to take it all in and do a little bit of everything; the yummy seasonal food, nature walks with foliage, fall festivals, apple picking, pumpkin decorating, etc. It is all of those things combined that makes the season so special.”

Reed
“I'd have to say being able to wear pants and flannels.”

Scout
"This past weekend my fiancé and I spent our day off making the trek to our favorite apple and cider farm to get our seasonal apple haul and made a pie together! Always celebrating with seasonal produce!"
